Terms Of Hire

 WEEKLY: Board 3pm Friday (or Monday), cruise ends 10 am Friday (or Monday).
 4 DAY - midweek: Board 3pm Monday, cruise ends 10 am Friday.
 3 DAY - weekend: Saturday, Sunday, Monday. Board 3pm Friday, cruise ends 10 am   Monday.
 10 DAY - Long week: Board 3 pm Friday (or Monday) cruise ends 10 am 10 days later.

Your deposit will confirm your booking. In the event of a cancellation this deposit is only refundable (less 10% of the hire fee) if the cancellation is made 30 days prior to cruise (60 days for Xmas & Easter bookings) and only if the houseboat can be rebooked for the full period.

The full balance may be required in two payments - about 6 months and a minimum of 6 weeks weeks prior to cruise. The cash security bond is payable on boarding. The  bond will be refunded by mail within 7 to 10 working days less the cost of fuel used and the cost of any repairs and replacements in the course of the hire and subject to the houseboat being returned on time, undamaged and with complete inventory
